God is love! This is the foundation. You were created in God’s image with purpose & hope. His desire is to have a personal relationship with you through Jesus Christ.  God’s Son is full of mercy & truth. There’s nothing in your past that prevents you from coming to Jesus. YOU CAN CHANGE. You CAN live a new life that pleases God, helps others & brings the good news of Jesus to this hurting world!

Do you KNOW Jesus ? Do you know how to be saved? First we must know why He came & what He has done. Then we must make our decision. You CAN receive the love of Jesus TODAY …

The Bible says….

For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”   John 3:16

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.       Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.  1 John 4:7-8

Jesus, the light of the world came to earth searching for treasure. YOU are very precious to God, YOU are the treasure He is searching for!

Your life has worth, & dignity in His sight.  God values you so much, He sent His only Son Jesus to find & bring you home.

Jesus brings hope even to the darkest of places. Whoever you are, whatever your past, Jesus can forgive & restore you! He will never stop loving you or reaching out in mercy. Jesus can bring you out of darkness & into God’s kingdom of love joy & peace.

The Bible says…

I will search for my lost ones who strayed away, and I will bring them safely home again. I will bandage the injured and strengthen the weak.  Ezekiel 34:16

For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.   Luke 19:10

God is faithful and desires to be close to each one of us. Yet we have rejected Him in our words, thoughts & actions. If we’re honest, we have all done wrong. The Bible calls this sin.

Look at our broken world, we see the rotten fruit of sin and selfishness everywhere – lies, greed, violence etc…sin ruins relationships & pollutes our souls. Worst of all it separates us from God.

Ultimately sin leads to both physical & spiritual death. Don’t gamble with your soul. After this we face judgement & an eternity away from God’s presence. But God HAS made a way.  Salvation is found in JESUS.

The Bible says …

But your sins have made a separation between you & your God, & your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.   Isaiah 59:2

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.   Romans 3:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Romans 6:23

People have tried many ways to bridge the gap between themselves and God.  No bridge reaches God….except one.

Jesus was without sin yet was willing to suffer & die in our place. He proved His love for us at the Cross. As Jesus hung, and bled, and died, it was God saying to the world, ‘I love you.’

The Cross shows the seriousness of our sin & the amazing love of God. On the Cross our debt was paid in full. Yet this was not the end. On the third day Jesus rose in victory over the power of Satan sin & death. Jesus HAS made the way.

The Bible says …

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.  John 15:13

Christ suffered and died for sins once for all. He never sinned and yet He died for us who have sinned. He died so He might bring us to God.  1 Peter 3:18

But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

Jesus is the bridge! Do you see how Jesus Saves?

Each person must make their choice.  Will you come to Jesus today?

We must first repent (turn from our old ways & change our mind to live in a way that pleases God). Then we believe in Jesus as Lord and Saviour. We receive Jesus by personal invitation.

The Bible says …

But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.  John 1:12

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  Romans 10:9

Jesus is standing ready to come into your life now.  Will you let Him in?  He says:

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with Me.  Revelation 3:20

You can pray now to welcome Jesus in:

Dear Lord Jesus. Thank you for your amazing love for me. Thank you for dying on the Cross and rising again to make a way for my salvation. I now turn from all I know to be wrong, lead me to live a life which pleases you. Wash me clean and fill me with the Holy Spirit. I give you my future.  In Jesus’ Name Amen!

There’s a big party in heaven right now over your decision. Jesus HAS forgiven you! He is coming back and one day we will meet Him face to face. We’re so excited that you have made this commitment to receive Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. Following Jesus is a great adventure & we want to help you grow in your relationship with him.

Find a church – We would encourage you to find a Bible believing, Jesus centered church near you to support you in your journey.  It’s really important that you get to know others who know Jesus so that they can support, encourage and guide you.  Click on the green church icon above to find your nearest church. 

Read the Bible – The word of God is living and active and can guide you in your everyday life and relationship with Jesus.  If you have a bible we would recommend starting to read one of the eye witness accounts of people who were friends of Jesus when he was on earth.  You can find these books in the New Testament, called Matthew, Mark, Luke & John.  If you don’t have a bible, get in touch with us via the yellow button above and we will send you a gospel.
